What is meet and greet parking?

Meet and greet parking is a service where a driver from the parking company meets you at the airport terminal and takes your car to a secure parking facility while you head directly to the check-in desk. When you return from your trip, the driver will be waiting at the terminal with your car ready for you to drive away.

What is park and ride parking?

Park and ride parking is a service where you park your car at a designated parking lot provided by the company, and a shuttle bus takes you to and from the airport terminal. When you return from your trip, the shuttle bus will pick you up from the terminal and take you back to the parking lot.

Do you offer both meet and greet and park and ride parking services?

Yes, we offer both meet and greet and park and ride parking services to suit our customers' needs and preferences.

How do I book parking with Airport Parking Extras?

You can book parking with us online, through our mobile app, or by calling our customer service team. Simply select the type of parking you want, the airport you'll be flying from, and the dates you'll be travelling. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

Is my car safe in your parking facilities?

Yes, we take security very seriously and our parking facilities are monitored 24/7 with CCTV and security patrols. We also offer a range of insurance options for your peace of mind.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

How early should I arrive at the parking facility before my flight?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival time for meet and greet parking, and at least 45 minutes before your scheduled arrival time for park and ride parking. This will allow you enough time to park your car, check in, and catch your shuttle bus or meet your driver.

Can I choose where to park my car in the parking lot?

For park and ride parking, you can usually choose your own parking spot in the designated parking lot. For meet and greet parking, the driver will park your car in a secure parking facility designated by the company.

Is there a maximum or minimum length of time I can park my car?

We have a minimum parking duration of 3 days and a maximum of 15 days for our standard parking options. However, we can also accommodate longer parking durations upon request. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Do you offer any additional services, such as car cleaning or maintenance?
